About ClarityCheck
ClarityCheck helps everyday crypto holders understand where their tokens stand under US rules, without the legalese.
The US is moving from regulation-by-enforcement to written rules. The GENIUS Act (stablecoins) became law in July 2025, and the CLARITY Act (market structure) passed the House but is stuck in the Senate. Whether a token is treated as a digital commodity, a security or a payment stablecoin affects where you can trade it, which regulator protects you, and what disclosures you get.
What we do
- Rate the top 100 tokens' likely status with transparent rules and linked evidence.
- Check major exchanges' licences, enforcement history and reserves.
- Track the CLARITY Act and related SEC/CFTC actions daily.
What we don't do
- We don't give legal, tax or investment advice.
- We don't take payment from token issuers or exchanges, and there are no affiliate links.
- We don't ask for keys, seed phrases or exchange logins.
ClarityCheck is an early product (working name). Paid plans shown on the pricing page are a preview, and no payments are taken.
